Lettings Consultant — Marina & JBR

Manage a portfolio of long-term lettings across Dubai Marina, JBR and Bluewaters. You will work closely with our property management division on renewals and re-lets, and be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords across our 380+ unit Marina portfolio.

• 2+ years of Dubai lettings experience
• Active RERA permit
• Working knowledge of EJARI, DEWA transfers and security deposit handling
• Driving licence and own car preferred
