Investment Analyst

Support our family-office and institutional clients with bespoke investment analysis. You will build IRR / yield models, area comparables, rent-roll forecasts and quarterly market briefings used directly by our senior brokers and Signature clients.

• Strong Excel modelling and data visualisation skills
• 2+ years in real estate research, IB or strategy consulting
• Familiarity with DLD, REIDIN or Property Monitor data
• Excellent written English; ability to write client-ready briefs

• Direct exposure to ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Annual performance bonus tied to desk revenue
• Continuous training (RICS, CFA support considered)
• Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days remote)
