Property Manager

Own a portfolio of 80–120 managed homes across Dubai. You will handle tenant relationships, maintenance coordination, snagging, monthly statements, and quarterly portfolio reviews with landlords. We are looking for someone who can keep tenants happy and landlords informed without anything ever falling through the cracks.

• 3+ years Dubai property management experience
• Working knowledge of EJARI, RDC and DLD complaint procedures
• Comfortable juggling 50+ open work orders at any time
• Strong written English for landlord reports
