Snagging Inspector

Inspect newly handed-over apartments and villas across Dubai before our clients sign acceptance forms. You will produce detailed snag reports (typically 60–150 items per home) and follow up with developers until every defect is rectified.

• Civil or MEP engineering qualification
• 4+ years on-site experience in UAE construction
• Working knowledge of Dubai Building Code and ICAD standards
• Driving licence and own car required
