## Schools
Top international schools are concentrated in Dubai Hills, JLT, Mirdif, Al Barsha and JVC. Annual fees range from AED 25,000 (Indian curriculum) to AED 110,000 (top British or American schools).
## Healthcare
Mandatory private health insurance for all residents. DHA-licenced hospitals (Mediclinic, King's College, Saudi German) cover most expat needs.
## Banking
Open a UAE bank account within 30 days of arrival. Required documents: passport, Emirates ID, salary certificate, tenancy contract.
## Driving Licence
GCC, UK, US, Canada, EU and 30+ other nationalities can convert their licence directly at the RTA. Other nationalities require a full driving test.
